Q: What kind of wood do you use for your product?

A: Each of our shelves comes complete with installation hardware, comprehensive instructions, and an installation video for your reference. We've ensured that you have everything you need to easily set up your shelves with confidence and convenience.

Q: How much weight can floating shelves hold?

A: Each of our floating shelves can support approximately 25 pounds, providing ample strength to accommodate your essential decor items or a few books.

Q: Can these be painted ?

A: We do not recommend this approach, as our solid wood shelves are already painted and treated, while the surface of our MDF shelves is made of PVC laminated board.

Q: How do you clean floating shelves?

A: Dust regularly with a soft cloth or microfiber duster. For tougher stains, use a mild wood cleaner and avoid harsh chemicals.

Q: Are floating shelves suitable for all wall types?

A: Our floating shelves can typically be installed on most common wall types, including drywall, plaster, concrete, and brick. However, the method of installation may vary depending on the wall material and condition. For example, special anchors or hardware may be required for mounting on concrete or brick walls.

Q: Are floating shelves suitable for heavy kitchen appliances like microwaves?

A: While floating shelves can support moderate weights, heavy kitchen appliances like microwaves may exceed their weight capacity.
